John Arthur Blish died on October 21, 1914 at his home at 58 Harrison
Avenue, Highland Park, New Jersey. He was 66 years old. He is survived
by two daughters Mrs. Thomas Conway and Miss Elsie Blish. He was one of
the organizers of the New Brunswick Gun Club. He is buried at Elmwood
Cemetery in New Brunswick, next to his wife.
John Arthur Blish was an architect with the New Brunswick, NJ architectural firms of George K. Parsell and then Alexander Merchant & Son. A 1913 New Brunswick City directory lists him as living at 58 Harrison Avenue in Highland Park along with Elsie B. Blish.
